Second consecutive year of IITT success for Bristol based training and recruitment specialist

February 6th 2009: Training and recruitment specialist Verridian PLC last night won the External Training Project of the Year award at the annual Institute of IT Trainers (IITT) awards show. The company was awarded for its work with longstanding client Carphone Warehouse, it was also a finalist in the prestigious Training Company of the Year category.
Verridian works with some of the world’s largest technology brands delivering training that is innovative, constantly evolving and specifically tailored and built around the clients needs.
The External Training Project of the Year Award was given for Verridian’s work with Carphone Warehouse (CPW) during 2008. Within the CPW Wireless Camp Verridian rolled out over five types of training product to 7500 retail, contact centre staff, and direct sales. To date this is one of the largest training operations in the UK telecoms industry.

Last year Verridian’s Matt Leaver won IITT Trainer of the Year at the annual awards show.
