Once you have chosen Verridian you can expect a dedicated training resource manager, who will be your daily contact. Think of them as an extremely qualified out-sourced training manager, who’s only purpose in life is to coach and train your people to the right qualifications. The training plan will be drawn up, specific to your organisation, but will follow a path similar to the one shown below.
Delegate Survey
Your people will come from different starting points, and have differing needs and skills, we need to know this so that we can tailor exactly the right solution for you.
Training Needs Analysis
Once all of the information has been gathered from the delegate survey, we will conduct a thorough training needs analysis and from this provide you with our proposal.
Training Proposal
The complete course will be presented with our proposed structure, suggested learning methods and desired outcomes, this will be our training contract with you.
Delivery
Our delivery, innovative and effective will start, and we will run reports throughout the courses to demonstrate progress, and highlight any remedial action that might be required.
Results
We stand by these, and will make a price promise based on the expected first time pass rate.
Management Information
We will provide regular MI on your teams progress, and report back at the end of the process showing every facet of the learning journey.
